David-Muir
David Muir (born August 25 in 1949) is a famous American journalist as well as anchor and reporter. He is most well-known for his show World News Tonight. The show, with its edgy videos, celebrity news and animated gestures has been voted the top news program in America. In addition, he has the Emmy-nominated series Made In America. Prior to joining ABC World News Tonight, He was the main replacement for the show's founder Diane Sawyer. He's covered a number of shows during primetime for ABC News some recent ones being Breaking Point: Heroin in America as well as Flashpoint: Refugees in America. He has traveled around the globe covering stories that concern Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti and the Gulf of Mexico. He was the winner of many Emmy Awards, Edward R. Murrow Honors and awards from the Associated Press.
